課程目標 |
The objective of this course is to foster students’ research interests in BOT scheme and provide students a hands-on learning experience. The theoretical concepts and tools taught in the course provide the foundation for the case studies. The case work helps students to develop their analytical and interpretative skills in solving unstructured real world problems. Topics discussed include project financing, infrastructure economics, legal framework, cost and cash flow estimate, financial modeling, financial engineering, risk analysis and management, project procurement and game analysis, operation, and transfer. |
